We will interview the client to determine the factors leading to this tax liability and determine if the offer is credible and has a chance of being accepted. As the IRS only accepts roughly 15% of the offers and it costs a fee to make the offer, it is important to assess this client’s needs correctly. We will aid the client in assembling the detailed financial data required by the IRS.Currently Not Collectable – Available for extreme hardship. We will help clients assemble and provide the IRS with the detailed financial data to prove or verify the extreme hardships.  Additionally, we can aid clients to provide ongoing financial data and notify the IRS of changes in financial information.We will help clients request and file for penalty abatement. We will tell them what to do, what forms to file and help them by filling out the forms (843) or preparation of a written petition, and helping them assemble necessary documents to bolster their claim for penalty abatement.  Some documents may be for example, death certificates, doctors notices, insurance claims for natural disasters, etc.1 Free Tax ReturnFor the free tax return, here are the terms of service.Provide basic, personal, non-business tax preparation services to customers:  The customer’s tax preparation is limited to returns that include Forms 1040, 1040 A or 1040-EZ, Schedule A, Schedule B with 15 or fewer entries, and Schedule D with 10 or fewer entries.
